Attorney Danka Villarreal
Since moving to Texas from her native Poland in 1997, Danuta Maria “Danka” Villarreal has drawn from her diverse personal and professional experiences in working with clients from around the world. As a Houston-based immigration attorney, Danka focuses her practice on representing U.S. petitioners and foreign nationals in matters ranging from employment- and family-based immigration and naturalization to humanitarian, bond and deportation proceedings. Danka’s extensive experience in various areas of U.S. immigration law allows her to provide comprehensive legal advice on complex immigration issues.
Before immigrating to the United States, Danka obtained her undergraduate degree in English studies and conference interpreting in her native Poland, and worked as an interpreter and translator. In 2004, Danka graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center.
She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the College of the State Bar of Texas, and the American Bar Association (ABA). She is also Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
